Performance characteristics:

1. High crushing ratio

When a large crushing ratio is required, a Double Roller Crusher can install an adjustable crushing rod below the two rollers. The first stage crushing occurs when the toothed roller clamps the material, and the second stage crushing occurs when the material passes between the two rods. The crushing rod can work together with the toothed roller to implement a three-stage crushing of the fragments generated in the previous two stages.

2. Low powder passing rate and good particle size

By using combination crushing instead of impact and impact crushing, there is no secondary crushing phenomenon, so the over crushing rate is low. Once the distance between the two toothed rollers is adjusted, it becomes fixed and remains unchanged, making it difficult to break the material hard and even in particle size.

3. Simple structure, easy maintenance and inspection

The handwheel or hydraulic structure can adjust the discharge particle size, and the equipment has a modular structure. It can be installed separately or in combination according to on-site needs, making it easy to operate and maintain. The standardized modular combination gear plate has interchangeability and versatility, greatly reducing the wear of the gear plate and reducing operating costs.

4. Structural standardization

The structure of each type of double roller crusher is standardized, and its structure and length can vary with the required productivity. The number of gear rings on each roller shaft, the number of roller teeth on the gear rings, the distance between the two shafts, and the assembly structure can be changed to meet the needs of different particle sizes.
