1. Reasonable selection of toothed plates

When selecting tooth plates, it is necessary to choose a tooth plate with relatively more teeth and a smaller tooth shape, which is beneficial for improving crushing efficiency and reducing dust generation.

2. The tooth plate should be firmly and reliably fixed

During the operation of a jaw crusher, frequent impact loads are generated, resulting in frequent collisions and squeezing of ores and toothed plates. It is easy to cause loosening or detachment of fixed and movable toothed plates, especially fixed toothed plates. Once the toothed plate loosens or falls off, it will seriously reduce the crushing efficiency of the crusher, causing the ore to stay in the crushing chamber for a long time, resulting in multiple friction between the ore and the toothed plate and generating a large amount of dust. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the tooth plate is fixed reliably, in order to reduce dust generation from the source.

3. Timely replace the blunt tooth plate

When the tooth plate is blunted, it will increase the contact area with the ore, form a larger compacted core, and consume a large amount of crushing power, which also leads to the generation of a large amount of dust.

4. Increase the traction speed of the discharged product appropriately

Adjusting the subsequent conveying speed of the discharged product can not only achieve the optimal working state of the crusher, but also achieve the effect of controlling dust. Practice has proven that, while ensuring the bearing range and production capacity of each subsequent process, appropriately increasing the traction speed can reduce the amount of dust secondary lifting.

5. Humidification treatment of materials

In order to maintain a relatively stable state of the entire set of dust prevention measures and better control the overall dust concentration, in the actual production process, humidifying the raw ore before entering the crusher can effectively reduce the dust rate generated by the ore during the crushing process
