The Roller Screen Distributor is an Auxiliary Crushing Equipment, mainly composed of components such as a reduction motor, a vibration motor, a linkage screen roller, a scraper group, a body shell, and a frequency conversion program control. During operation, the motor drives the screening roller through a reducer and transmission gear to rotate in the same direction and gradually increase the linear speed. The material is vibrated at a constant speed to loosen the material, and the material slides forward and downward on the screening surface of the roller and rolls. During the sliding and rolling process, there is no need for crushed materials to fall, and large pieces of materials slide and roll over the roller surface into the coal crusher. The roller scraper removes the adhesion on the roller surface and maintains the distance between the rollers unchanged. Thus achieving the functions of screening and uniform fabric distribution.

Purpose and scope of use:

The roller screen distributor is used for the conveying system of raw coal in Crushing Plant and is installed in front of the fine coal crusher. It can automatically screen and distribute raw coal according to different particle size requirements during the transportation process. Materials that meet the particle size requirements fall into the bypass pipeline of the crusher through the gap between the screening distributor rollers and enter the next level of transportation. Materials that exceed the standard particle size are evenly transported into the coal crusher for crushing through the screening distributor. By using the screening distributor, the working load of the fine coal crusher is reduced, and energy consumption is reduced To avoid excessive crushing of raw coal, thereby reducing environmental pollution and ensuring uniform wear and tear of the Hammer head of the coal crusher, thus extending the service life of the coal crusher.
