Product Description

The Roller Screen Distributor is the first to third shafts that feed materials from the top of the machine into a multi-level linkage roller screen. The motor drives a roller with an irregularly shaped device (shaft disc) for overturning motion, with gaps between each shaft. The shaft disc embedded on the shaft supports large pieces of material to move towards the discharge port. Small particles of material smaller than the gap between each shaft or shaft disc gradually fall to the bottom of the machine and are discharged by the belt conveyor or contraction bucket, The material above the roller moves to the end and is discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving the purpose of separating and screening coarse and fine materials.
