What are the serious consequences of unstable voltage on the impact crusher

The Impact Crusher, abbreviated as impact crusher, is a Crushing Machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. This equipment adopts new manufacturing technology, structural design, and processed products in cubic shape, without tension and cracks. It has good particle shape and can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.). It is widely used in various industries such as ore crushing, railways, highways, energy, cement, chemical industry, construction, etc. So, what serious consequences will voltage instability have on the impact crusher during the production process?

1. Sudden shutdown occurs. The voltage in the workplace is unstable or too low. When the main machine of the impact crusher encounters large materials, it is unable to break and stops due to the inability of the main machine to bear excessive pressure.

2. Seize the eccentric shaft. If the working voltage of the impact crusher is unstable, it will cause the eccentric shaft tightening sleeve to loosen or fall off, causing the frame to be close to the bearing, causing the eccentric shaft to be firmly stuck, and the eccentric shaft cannot rotate normally, seriously affecting production progress. Therefore, if such a malfunction occurs in production, the voltage should be adjusted in a timely manner, and the eccentric shaft bushing needs to be re tightened. If the eccentric shaft adapter bushing is damaged, the eccentric shaft adapter bushing needs to be replaced.

3. Causing material blockage. If the working voltage of the impact crusher is unstable, it will lead to uneven feeding during production, with varying amounts of feed. The broken product cannot be discharged in a timely manner, and the material is prone to blockage in the crushing chamber and discharge port. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure a stable working voltage, and regularly check the discharge port to timely remove blocked materials, which can effectively prevent vehicle blockage.

4. Causing traffic congestion. Unstable voltage can lead to high tension of the transmission belt during the operation of the crusher, causing the belt to become too loose, slip, and fail. The belt will lose its function on the transmission bearings and other operating components, and the material will continue to be supplied to the crusher, causing stuffiness.
